1. What you are buying

A personalised video game for one child, delivered as an Android app and a private link that opens in a computer browser. We set it up from our existing game world to the brief you send: your family's names on characters from our ready-made cast, the quests you pick from our library, the car colour, trips and season. The level you choose sets how many characters, quests and trips it has. We do not create new maps, artwork or music for an order.

iPhone and iPad are not supported yet. Before you pay we confirm that the game runs on the device you plan to use.

2. How ordering works

You send a brief from the game designer. This is a request, not yet an order, and you pay nothing at this point.
Within one working day we reply by email with any questions and the final price.
The contract starts when you confirm and pay. We then set up the game within 3 days of the details being agreed, unless we agree another date with you.
We send you a preview. You can ask for one round of reasonable changes free of charge.
You receive the private game link and a printable gift card.

Christmas orders: we accept orders until 15 December and only a limited number each season. If we cannot take your order in time, we will tell you before you pay.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and are shown for each edition in the game designer. The price we confirm by email is the final price you pay, with no hidden fees. Payment is made in advance through the payment link we send.

4. Cancelling and refunds

Because each game is made to your personal specifications, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once work has started with your agreement. We still offer this promise:

Before we start work: cancel and get a full refund.
Not happy with the preview: tell us what is wrong. If one round of changes does not fix it, we refund you in full.
If we cannot deliver on the agreed date, or at all, you get a full refund, or a new date if you prefer.
If the game stops working because of a fault on our side, we fix it free of charge.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Using the game

The game is for your family's personal, non-commercial use. You may share the link with family and friends. The game's code, world and artwork belong to MB Automai. The names and stories you send remain yours, and we use them only to make your game.

We keep the game link working for at least 3 years after delivery. If we ever have to close the service, we will tell you in advance.

6. Liability

We are responsible for delivering the game as described. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Complaints and law

Please write to [email protected] first; we reply within 14 days. Lithuanian law applies, but you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Consumers in the EU may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt).

1. Ką perkate

Personalizuotą vaizdo žaidimą vienam vaikui, pristatomą kaip „Android“ programėlė ir privati nuoroda, kuri atsidaro kompiuterio naršyklėje. Jį paruošiame iš esamo žaidimo pasaulio pagal jūsų užklausą: jūsų šeimos vardai suteikiami personažams iš mūsų paruošto rinkinio, užduotys renkamos iš bibliotekos, parenkama mašinytės spalva, kelionės ir sezonas. Pasirinktas lygis lemia, kiek bus personažų, užduočių ir kelionių. Naujų žemėlapių, piešinių ar muzikos užsakymui nekuriame.

„iPhone“ ir „iPad“ kol kas nepalaikomi. Prieš jums sumokant patikriname, ar žaidimas veiks jūsų įrenginyje.

2. Kaip vyksta užsakymas

Žaidimo konstruktoriuje išsiunčiate užklausą. Tai dar ne užsakymas, ir šiame etape nieko nemokate.
Per vieną darbo dieną el. paštu atsakome: užduodame klausimų ir nurodome galutinę kainą.
Sutartis sudaroma, kai patvirtinate ir apmokate. Žaidimą paruošiame per 3 dienas nuo detalių suderinimo, nebent susitariame kitaip.
Atsiunčiame peržiūrą. Vieną kartą protingus pakeitimus atliekame nemokamai.
Gaunate privačią žaidimo nuorodą ir atspausdinamą dovanų kortelę.

Kalėdiniai užsakymai priimami iki gruodžio 15 d., jų skaičius ribotas. Jei nespėtume priimti jūsų užsakymo, pranešime prieš jums sumokant.

3. Kainos ir apmokėjimas

Kainos nurodytos eurais prie kiekvieno leidimo žaidimo konstruktoriuje. El. paštu patvirtinta kaina yra galutinė, be paslėptų mokesčių. Mokama iš anksto per mūsų atsiųstą mokėjimo nuorodą.

4. Atsisakymas ir pinigų grąžinimas

Kadangi kiekvienas žaidimas kuriamas pagal jūsų asmeninius nurodymus, 14 dienų teisė atsisakyti sutarties netaikoma, kai darbas pradėtas jums sutikus. Tačiau pažadame:

Prieš pradedant darbą: galite atšaukti užsakymą ir atgauti visą sumą.
Jei peržiūra nepatinka: parašykite, kas negerai. Jei vienas pakeitimų ratas neišsprendžia problemos, grąžiname visus pinigus.
Jei nespėjame iki sutartos datos arba negalime pristatyti, grąžiname visą sumą arba, jei norite, sutariame naują datą.
Jei žaidimas nustoja veikti dėl mūsų klaidos, sutaisome nemokamai.

Pinigai grąžinami tuo pačiu mokėjimo būdu per 14 dienų.

5. Žaidimo naudojimas

Žaidimas skirtas asmeniniam, nekomerciniam jūsų šeimos naudojimui. Nuoroda galite dalintis su šeima ir draugais. Žaidimo kodas, pasaulis ir grafika priklauso MB Automai. Jūsų atsiųsti vardai ir istorijos lieka jūsų, juos naudojame tik jūsų žaidimui paruošti.

Žaidimo nuoroda veiks ne trumpiau kaip 3 metus nuo pristatymo. Jei kada nors tektų paslaugą nutraukti, pranešime iš anksto.

6. Atsakomybė

Atsakome už tai, kad žaidimas būtų pristatytas, kaip aprašyta. Šios taisyklės neriboja jūsų, kaip vartotojo, teisių pagal įstatymus.

7. Skundai ir teisė

Pirmiausia rašykite [email protected], atsakysime per 14 dienų. Taikoma Lietuvos teisė, tačiau išlieka jūsų gyvenamosios šalies privalomų vartotojų apsaugos įstatymų teikiama apsauga. Taip pat galite kreiptis į Valstybinę vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnybą (vvtat.lrv.lt).
