1. What you are buying

A personalised video game for one child, delivered as an Android app (opened with your game's code) and a private link that opens in a computer browser. You set it up yourself in your game's page: your family's names and looks on characters from our cast, the quests you pick from our library, the car, trips and season. The edition you choose sets how many characters, quests and trips it has.

If you wish, you can add photos and let our AI tool draw your family in the game's style: portraits, loading screens, quest pictures and the game's title sign. Each picture can be drawn again a limited number of times, as shown in your game's page. Adding photos is optional; without them the game uses drawn neutral portraits.

iPhone and iPad are not supported yet. Please check before you buy that you have an Android phone or tablet or a computer to play on.

2. How ordering works

You choose the edition and pay. The contract starts when the payment is made.
You get your game's code and access to your game's page straight away, and you can set up the game whenever you like.
You can change the game later as often as you like; enter the code again in the app to load the changes.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and are shown before you pay. The price shown at checkout is the final price, with no hidden fees. Payment is made in advance.

4. Cancelling and refunds

The game is digital content made to your own choices and available straight after payment. When you buy, you agree that we start at once, and you acknowledge that this ends the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. We still offer this promise:

If your child doesn't love it: write to us within 14 days of the payment and we refund you in full, no questions asked.
If the game does not work on your Android device or computer and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund.
If the game stops working later because of a fault on our side, we fix it free of charge.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Using the game

The game is for your family's personal, non-commercial use. You may share the code and the link with family and friends. The game's code, world and built-in artwork belong to MB Automai. The names, texts and photos you add remain yours, and we use them only to make your game. The pictures drawn for your game you may use for your family's personal purposes too, for example print them or share them with relatives.

Upload only photos you are allowed to use, and of people who agree (for a child, their parent or guardian). Please do not upload anything unlawful or offensive.

We keep the game working for at least 3 years after purchase, unless you delete it yourself (“Delete all my data” in your game's page). If we ever have to close the service, we will tell you in advance.

6. Liability

We are responsible for delivering the game as described. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Complaints and law

Please write to [email protected] first; we reply within 14 days. Lithuanian law applies, but you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Consumers in the EU may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt).

1. Ką perkate

Personalizuotą vaizdo žaidimą vienam vaikui, pristatomą kaip „Android“ programėlė (atidaroma su jūsų žaidimo kodu) ir privati nuoroda, kuri atsidaro kompiuterio naršyklėje. Žaidimą susikuriate patys savo žaidimo puslapyje: jūsų šeimos vardai ir išvaizda suteikiami mūsų veikėjams, užduotys renkamos iš bibliotekos, parenkama mašinytė, kelionės ir metų laikas. Pasirinktas leidimas lemia, kiek bus veikėjų, užduočių ir kelionių.

Jei norite, galite įkelti nuotraukas, ir mūsų dirbtinio intelekto įrankis nupieš jūsų šeimą žaidimo stiliumi: portretus, krovimo ekranus, užduočių paveikslėlius ir žaidimo pavadinimo ženklą. Kiekvieną paveikslėlį galima perpiešti ribotą kartų skaičių, kaip nurodyta žaidimo puslapyje. Nuotraukos neprivalomos; be jų žaidime rodomi piešti neutralūs portretai.

„iPhone“ ir „iPad“ kol kas nepalaikomi. Prieš pirkdami patikrinkite, ar turite „Android“ telefoną, planšetę arba kompiuterį žaidimui.

2. Kaip vyksta užsakymas

Pasirenkate leidimą ir sumokate. Sutartis sudaroma, kai apmokama.
Žaidimo kodą ir prieigą prie žaidimo puslapio gaunate iš karto, žaidimą galite susikurti kada tik norite.
Žaidimą vėliau galite keisti kiek norite; kad pakeitimai atsirastų, programėlėje dar kartą įveskite kodą.

3. Kainos ir apmokėjimas

Kainos nurodytos eurais prieš apmokant. Apmokėjimo metu rodoma kaina yra galutinė, be paslėptų mokesčių. Mokama iš anksto.

4. Atsisakymas ir pinigų grąžinimas

Žaidimas yra skaitmeninis turinys, kuriamas pagal jūsų pasirinkimus ir pasiekiamas iš karto po apmokėjimo. Pirkdami sutinkate, kad pradėtume iš karto, ir patvirtinate, kad dėl to netenkate įstatyme numatytos 14 dienų teisės atsisakyti sutarties. Tačiau pažadame:

Jei žaidimas vaikui nepatiks: per 14 dienų nuo apmokėjimo parašykite mums, ir grąžinsime visą sumą – be klausimų.
Jei žaidimas neveikia jūsų „Android“ įrenginyje ar kompiuteryje ir mes to sutaisyti negalime, grąžiname visą sumą.
Jei žaidimas vėliau nustoja veikti dėl mūsų klaidos, sutaisome nemokamai.

Pinigai grąžinami tuo pačiu mokėjimo būdu per 14 dienų.

5. Žaidimo naudojimas

Žaidimas skirtas asmeniniam, nekomerciniam jūsų šeimos naudojimui. Kodu ir nuoroda galite dalintis su šeima ir draugais. Žaidimo kodas, pasaulis ir įmontuota grafika priklauso MB Automai. Jūsų įvesti vardai, tekstai ir nuotraukos lieka jūsų, juos naudojame tik jūsų žaidimui sukurti. Jūsų žaidimui nupieštus paveikslėlius taip pat galite naudoti asmeniniams šeimos tikslams, pavyzdžiui, atsispausdinti ar pasidalinti su artimaisiais.

Įkelkite tik tas nuotraukas, kurias turite teisę naudoti, ir tik tų žmonių, kurie sutinka (už vaiką – jo tėvai ar globėjai). Nekelkite nieko neteisėto ar įžeidžiančio.

Žaidimas veiks ne trumpiau kaip 3 metus nuo pirkimo, nebent jį ištrinsite patys („Ištrinti visus mano duomenis“ žaidimo puslapyje). Jei kada nors tektų paslaugą nutraukti, pranešime iš anksto.

6. Atsakomybė

Atsakome už tai, kad žaidimas būtų pristatytas, kaip aprašyta. Šios taisyklės neriboja jūsų, kaip vartotojo, teisių pagal įstatymus.

7. Skundai ir teisė

Pirmiausia rašykite [email protected], atsakysime per 14 dienų. Taikoma Lietuvos teisė, tačiau išlieka jūsų gyvenamosios šalies privalomų vartotojų apsaugos įstatymų teikiama apsauga. Taip pat galite kreiptis į Valstybinę vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnybą (vvtat.lrv.lt).
