Children

Orders are placed by parents or other adults. We only receive a child's details from the adult who orders the game, and only what is needed to make it: a first name, interests and family names. Please do not share more than you are comfortable with. Only the adult who orders the game can upload photos of the family, including the child, after agreeing to it. A child's game link is private and is not listed or indexed anywhere.

Who processes the data for us

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. When they do, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

The site stores your cookie choice in your browser, and a cookie named mitg_ab (30 days, no personal data) that remembers which of two page designs you saw, so the page does not change between visits. When you sign in to your game's page, a cookie named mitg_portal (30 days) keeps you signed in; it is needed for the page to work. Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set only if you press "Accept". You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict its use or transfer it, and you can object to its use. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect anything done before. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within one month.

You can also delete everything yourself, at once, with “Delete all my data” in your game's page: your games (their codes stop working), every photo and picture, the consent records, your sign-in and account. Order and payment records keep only what accounting law requires, without your email, your child's name or what you wrote.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority: in Lithuania the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt), in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), or the authority in your own country.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email if you have an open order.
